1. What is Uncomplicated x Me | UxMe?

Uncomplicated x Me | UxMe is a UK-based, faith-inspired apparel and gifts brand. We create meaningful, uplifting designs on quality products, from t-shirts and mugs. All made to order just for you.

2. How are your products made?

All our products are made to order using trusted print-on-demand (POD) partners. This means each item is printed and fulfilled specifically for you when you place your order, reducing waste and ensuring freshness in every piece.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Because every item is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 3–7 business days within the UK after dispatch.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

5. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship to the UK.

6. What happens if my item arrives damaged or with a print defect?

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

7. What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. For change of mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or free replacement. Please contact us before returning to receive authorisation and instructions. Please read our Refund policy.

8. Why do you offer a 90% refund instead of a full refund in some cases?

For standard change of mind returns, a 10% restocking fee is deducted from your refund to cover processing costs. This means you'll receive a refund of 90% of the product price (original shipping costs are also non-refundable). For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you'll always receive a full refund including original shipping, no restocking fee applies. Please read our Refund policy.

9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we have a very short window for changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change, and we'll do everything we can to help before your order enters production.
