Overview
At Uncomplicated x Me, UxMe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Made-to-Order Products
All our products are custom-made and printed on demand after you place your order. While our items are made-to-order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly accept returns and offer refunds or replacements for:
- Items that arrive damaged during shipping
- Products with printing defects or quality issues
- Wrong items sent in error
Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund will be issued for the product price (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
- Contact us before returning to receive return authorization and instructions
How to Request a Return
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and photos clearly showing the issue
- We'll review your claim within 2-3 business days
- We cover return shipping for defective/incorrect items
For standard returns (change of mind):
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization
- Return item unworn, unwashed, with original tags
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refund processed once item is received and inspected
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Defective/damaged/wrong items: Full refund including original shipping, or free replacement (your choice) - no restocking fee
- Standard returns: Refund of product price minus 10% restocking fee (original shipping non-refundable, customer pays return shipping)
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or in damaged packaging
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products, special orders, or personalized items beyond our standard made-to-order products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Replacement Policy
For approved defect claims, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement orders typically ship within 2-5 business days.
