SHIPPING POLICY

Made-to-Order Products

All our products are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you. This means your items are created after you place your order, ensuring you receive a fresh, high-quality product made just for you.

Production Time

Once you place your order, our production partners begin creating your custom item:

  • Standard products: 2-5 business days for production
  • Complex or specialty items: 5-7 business days for production

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your item has been produced and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

UK Shipping (after production is complete):

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days

Total Delivery Time: Production time + shipping time

  • UK Standard Total: Approximately 5-10 business days from order date
  • UK Express Total: Approximately 3-7 business days from order date

International Shipping (after production is complete):

  • Standard International: 7-14 business days
  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your item has been produced and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. Please note that tracking information will only be available after production is complete and your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are determined by your local customs authority.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple products, they may be fulfilled from different production facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times. Each item will have its own tracking number.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at uncomplicatedxme@gmail.com and we'll help resolve the issue. Please allow the full estimated delivery time (production + shipping) before contacting us about delays.

Rush Orders

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot guarantee rush production. However, you can select express shipping at checkout to reduce shipping time once your item is produced.
